“I have always considered myself a healthy person, because I have exercised, eaten healthy, and taken vitamins throughout my adult life. However, last year I began having a multitude of health problems, mostly related to problems with my immune system. After meeting with Carol and taking a grocery store tour, I realized I wasn't as healthy of an eater as I thought. Carol has introduced me to new foods that I had never tried in the past.
